Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any items after 24 hours of ordering due to everything being custom made as items are ordered. We have an exchange policy, which means after receiving your item and the item does not fit, you can request an exchange for another size. This does not include custom items with custom names or numbers. This includes: Team Jerseys/Shorts and Referee Jerseys. If your team jersey does NOT include a name or number then you will automatically be given #1 unless asked for within 24 hours of purchase. If you referee jersey does NOT have a number requested within 24 hours then infinite will chose a random number from 1 - 99. If you wish to have a different number than the one chosen, then you will need to purchase a new jersey. These rules apply to any and all custom apparel on the TBL Store.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (if the fault is on our end. If it is not on our end we will ask for you to cover the return shipping label cost), as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
